These pilot brands are partnering with us to challenge the status quo of ultraprocessed food by helping to shape a new standard for responsible, transparent processing. By evaluating select products through this lens, they’re redefining what thoughtful formulation looks like — and helping us to set the stage for a healthier, more informed food system.
