Licensing

The Non-UPF Verified Trademark License and Program Participation Agreement (Licensing) is a contract between the Project and a Participant outlining terms regarding use of the Project’s trademarks and participation in the PVP.

Annual Renewals

Every Verified Product in the PVP will have an annual renewal evaluation administered by the Participant’s Technical Administrator (TA) to ensure the Product is compliant under the current Non-UPF Verified Standard and Program Rules and Procedures.

Late Renewals

Every Verified Product in the PVP undergoes an annual renewal evaluation administered by the Participant’s TA. Sometimes renewals are held up for a Participant by documentation or information delays from their suppliers or an open Major Non-conformity.

TA Transfers

Participants in the PVP may transfer Verified Product(s) that have no unpaid balances or open non-conformities from one TA to another.

Program participants wishing to contest a determination or decision are invited to submit an official Complaints & Appeals Form.
